An integral aspect of the WITT organisation is to be able to take real data and test the system in a controlled and repeatable manner.
WITT have both a robotic arm and shaker table seen in the footage below together with visual example of the programming results on the 'roboguide' software
WITT Robotic Arm
The Fanuc Robotic arm is used to reproduce real world movements recorded with accelerators and then filtered and processed by our naval architect partners in order to provide a means to optimize the WITT system with infinitely repeatable motion. Fanuc engineers developed a bespoke solution to emulate movements for WITT in early 2020 - ostensibly the robot being a pick and place tool therefore not suited to WITT's requirements without adaption.
